Final Manuscript Submission Guideline

Authors with accepted papers or abstracts must submit the final version manuscript on PaperPlaza by May 15, 2023. At least one author of each paper must make early bird registration in order for the paper to be included in the technical program. Accepted and presented papers can be published optionally in “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS)”, Springer as the conference proceedings. If you would like to publish your paper in the LNNS, the required documents below should be uploaded on PaperPlaza. But if you opt for no publication of LNNS, or  any abstracts, you can upload only your final manuscipt in pdf file.

Required Documents for LNNS Publication
1. Final manuscript in PDF file 
2. LATEX sources or MS Word file for LNNS of Springer. Convert the editable files into a pressed file; .rar or .zip (only papers to be included in the publication of LNNS Springer)
3. Signed Publishing Agreement in pdf for LNNS Springer publication. Download the Publishing Agreement, here. (only papers to be included in the publication of LNNS Springer)

Journal Publications

A limited number of papers will be selected for the special issues of the Journal below, based on reviewers’ scores and comments, as well as their potential for a scientific impact. Authors of high quality papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their paper for one of the Special Issues. RAS Journal Elsevier and Sensors Journal MDPI require peer-reviews on their review system after the conference. Refer to the Journal Publications below.

Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS) – Journals | Elsevier

RAS is affiliated with the Intelligent Autonomous Systems (IAS) Society. A limited number of high quality papers are to be chosen for invitation to a special issue of the, SCI listed, Robotics and Autonomous Systems Journal published by Elsevier. For more information, please visit the journal website.

According to the Robotics and Autonomous Systems Journal, the extended version of papers should contain at least 30% new content substantially, including additional experiments and new scientific results.

Sensors – Open Access Journal from MDPI

Sensors (ISSN 1424-8220) is an international peer-reviewed, open access journal on the science and technology of sensors. Sensors is published semimonthly online by MDPI. The open-access journal requires author fees. Authors need to look for public funding or sponsorships like libraries. For more information, please visit the journal website, or contact Maureen Zhao.

The selected papers should meet the following requirements:
– The title and abstract should be substantially different from that of the conference paper, so that they can be differentiated in various databases.
– All submissions should be expanded by adding about 50% new material based on the conference presentation.
– Copyright permission should be obtained if needed.
