Registration and Payment

Online registration system will be open in April May. Please read carefully below before proceeding with registration, and note that it will take considerable time for any payment change or credit card cancellation.

At least one author of an accepted paper is requested to pay for registration fee for inclusion of the Technical Program. Conference registration fee is to pay for each paper. If you have more than one paper, you need to choose additional paper fee at US$250 (₩300,000) per paper. If your final manuscript has more than 12 pages in single column, you need to pay for additional page charge at US$50 (₩60,000) per page.

Regular/ ICROS/ KROS Member/ Student Conference registration fee includes welcome reception, break refreshments, conference banquet, proceedings, and gift. If a conference registrant has paid for the addtional banquet by mistake, it will NOT be refunded.

As the conference will take place only on site, virtual attendance rate is NOT offered. Registration payment is made in Korean Won (KRW) and U.S. Dollars ($) only.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made unless a written request for cancellation is received after June 15, 2023. All refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee prior to June 15. Appropriate refund will be made after the conference.
